Intimate Wedding Photographer in Italy
Sandra & Ivan
Some wedding days don’t end when the celebration is over. They stay with you — in small details, in emotions, in moments you wish to feel again. Sandra and Ivan came to Italy from Poland for a post-wedding session in Genoa. A chance to return to their day, but this time without rush. Just the two of them, in a place that allowed them to slow down and be present. This is what working as an intimate wedding photographer in Italy means to me — creating space for those quiet, meaningful moments.
A slow day in Nervi
We started in the green gardens of Parchi di Nervi, surrounded by late summer light. Sandra had a dream — a photo on the staircase of Villa Grimaldi Fassio. We took our time there, letting the place shape the mood. In front of the villa, they shared a small picnic. Lemons, laughter, and the simple joy of opening a bottle of champagne together. No timeline, no expectations.
Later, we walked towards Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi. The sea was alive that day — strong waves crashing against the rocks, creating a powerful and beautiful background. It was the end of September, but Italy still felt like summer. Warm air, soft light, and that sense of calm that comes after everything important has already happened.
During this session, nothing was forced. I guide gently, but I leave space for what is real — for movement, for silence, for connection. As an intimate wedding photographer in Italy, I don’t focus only on how it looks, but on how it feels. Because those are the memories that stay.
